Jon has over twenty five years' experience in both corporate and independent estate agency as an owner and manager. Taking over his first managerial office role within just 18 months of being an agent, through to just over a decade ago setting up the sales and marketing side of Wards Residential, marketing and selling properties throughout Hinckley, Burbage and Leicestershire. He felt the Covid era offered an opportunity for a 'change of home' hence the start of RH Homes and Property.
Richard worked with Jon for many years from a Negotiator through to Residential Director with RH (Ruskin Harris Homes and Property) & brings a wealth of experience to valuations, marketing and negotiations for all of our residential properties. Richards desire to expand his work and property skills, have led to this new boutique and hybrid exciting new Agency. He is a long-term resident of Hinckley and Burbage and brings an in depth knowledge of people and the surrounding areas to the business.
